Cristal Hotel & Spa - Cannes

Quiet city view, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent staff service

Great value hotel as the rooms are very clean. We actually loved it.

Booked a classic double room with an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and an air conditioning. The hotel was in a central location close to all the designer shops etc. I tried some drinks at bar L'angle des Saveurs, located 5 minutes walk away...

Shame the bathroom was a bit small.

Nice room with a great view, but the noisy streets were annoying.

It's a good, hearty breakfast. Cannes Center. Close to the promenade. Nearby parking for 20 euros / day. It was one night, so we didn't have time to go to the spa. The beach in Cannes is white sand, the best on the entire Cote d'Azur coast. There was sand with stones in Monaco, Nice is just cobblestone, without special shoes it is difficult to enter the water. In Marseille, there are different kinds of sand and stones and pebbles. :)

I did not like the fact that in addition to payment for the room, immediately block the deposit in the amount of the cost of the room per day, and the return, despite the promise to return after departure, occurs only in 2-3 weeks. So always have on your card spare money for deposits. :)

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the vibrant market and charming old town. I loved the indoor/outdoor pool. it was a relaxing spot, especially after exploring nearby attractions like the Musée de la Castre. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including fresh pastries and mini pancakes, which were a nice treat to start the day.

Staff very helpful, room was nice but small, hotel is in great location - close to the beach and center of Cannes. Good selection at breakfast - hot and cold food. Able to check in early.

The location is amazin, super close to the beach, and the room was really clean and comfy. Loved the bright decor and how spacious the bathroom was! Rooftop pool was a cool spot to chill after exploring too. The staff were nice, always smiling and helpful. Had a great time overall!

Only downside was that the wifi was kinda slow and sometimes the street noise got annoying. Also didn't like how we had to carry our luggage by ourselves after check-in.

The pool was a good spot for my kids to splash around while we enjoyed the sunny weather. Spacious and bright, our family room offered ample space, and the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities on-site.

Its location a couple of blocks away from C Beach was particularly good. The breakfast was free with a wide array of delicacies.

The rooftop pool was a good retreat after a long day, offering a nice view and a perfect way to relax. The classic double room was spacious, with an ample bathroom and bright decor that added to the comfort.

On the downside, noise from the street was quite distracting. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and there was a cumbersome self-carry policy for luggage after check-in. The fire alarm went off late at night, and there was confusion among guests, detracting from the overall experience.

The two Receptionists were exceptional. Charming, helpful, and nothing was any trouble. We have stayed in many hotels and they would be top of the list.
